responding to stress, therefore, it is important to find a way to balance your stress with

happiness!

We know pregnancy can be an especially busy, stressful time for moms-to-be. Remember, when you’re stressed on the outside, the baby is experiencing the same stress on the inside. Being able to lower your stress helps to establish a stress-free foundation for your baby!

During pregnancy, there are many different topics stressing expecting moms-- knowing what questions to ask, who to have on their birth team, and how to get the birth they desire. As a Mom, you are also always looking for someone who SUPPORTS your wishes,

ENCOURAGEMENT during every step, and to feel EMPOWERED during this journey!
