About the Event
We’ll practice safe research based poses and adjust to fit your body’s specific needs. You’ll learn a variety of techniques to help you feel confident and supported during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Each mama will go home with a gift to help them continue feeling supported on their journey.
Meet other women, make friends and fully enjoy this deeply transformative time in your life.
