Hi there, I’m Megan. I had 3 miscarriages in 3 years. The grief and recovery process were hard. However, there were also unexpected gifts along the way. I drew from my background in psychology, yoga and natural health to help myself recover in a holistic way. Now, I offer women the opportunity to grow through their experience. To explore their deeper self, deliberately and intentionally. They’re on a journey. I’ve traveled it and many other women have traveled it. I’m here as a guide and to help them move from loss to love. I also teach prenatal yoga and inspire Moms to enjoy their pregnancy to the fullest through a healthy body and mindset while connecting with their beautiful bump.
