Bringing Baby Home Classes

Are you a parent with a passion to love your family well and to raise healthy, resilient children?  Do you want a relationship with your partner that feels fair to both of you?  Do you want to help your baby to cry less and smile more?  The Gottman Bringing Baby Home class provides the tools you need to do just that.  It is worth every penny and every minute that you put into it.

In this class you will learn to: - increase relationship satisfaction - increase involvement by both parents - decrease hostility - reduce the severity of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders - help your child to cry less, smile more, and develop stronger language and attention skills  

Becoming a parent changes who we are and what is important to us. Wouldn’t it be amazing to know what to expect, to have tools to deal with the changes, and to have time set aside to understand our partner’s needs and feelings?

Bringing Baby HomeTM is a class through the Gottman Institute that empowers us to understand and appreciate each other as we become parents, and to work together as a parenting team.

It has been shown to:

• Strengthen children’s communication and attention skills

The material is based on the over 20 years of relationship research done by Dr. John Gottman and is designed for people who are expecting a baby and parents with children 3 years and under.

Cost is per family, and each class is limited to 10 couples. The class will be held on Zoom or similar platform
